Todo excelente!. La única sugerencia es q coloquen pequeñas rampas en los accesos ya que se dificulta el traslado de maletas. Especialmente en el ingreso y en los pisos para ir a los apartamentos. Gracias!

Wonderful!!! We are actually from the USA, but it didn't give option in drop down menu. Loved the view of the Palace and we had the twin room with the view! Nice having the kitchen just to make coffee. The lady at the front desk, which we failed to get her name, was so HELPFUL! We stayed 3 nights but would have loved to be there longer. Everything was perfect and what a great location to tour.

La ubicación está perfecta, el tamaño de la habitación ideal. Todo decorado muy bonito y los detalles del benjamin de cava-que no pudimos tomarnos-en general, todo muy bien. Lo único es que no hay servicio de habitaciones, la ducha no parecía estar muy limpia y para el precio, prefiero pagar 20 euros más y tener esas comodidades. No será una habitación tan amplia, pero me hizo falta el servicio de habitaciones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Oriente Palace apartments, the location is fantastic, scrupulously clean. If I was picking fault then the bed was a little to firm for us. I am not sure why the apartments are cheaper to rent that the double bedrooms. We were located on the second floor, the view of the Palace is obscured by the trees. I would like to mention Alessandra who was fantastic most helpful, gave good advice and nothing was to much trouble, a credit to the team.

Aunque la habitación está muy bien, los artículos de cortesía en el baño son escasos. En este tipo de hoteles creo que es cepillo de dientes es básico. Y el gorro de baño y también decir que los dos sofás que hay no son practicable para poder estar sentados, tomando una copa. O cenando ya que dispone de cocina.

The room looks wonderful, is beautifully renovated, top clean and the bed has excellent matrasses. The bad thing is that there is no sound insulation between the floor above and the room. The wonderfully restored old wooden floor is making horrible noise on the slightest movement of the guest above. And luckily, our neighbors above, we’re constantly moving at night and sleep was impossible. We booked a new hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning via booking. As nice as it looks, the building is completely unsuitable for a hotel. Since this was a working stay sleepless nights I’m not acceptable, and therefore the price is outrageous high.

The room itself is looking really nice. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and helpful. The cleaning was very good, too. The big problem is the absolutely insufficient noise insulation between the rooms. The nicely restored wooden floor is causing an extreme noise to the inhabitants of the room below. Due to the fact that the guests in the room above ours were constantly walking in their room, kept us awake almost all night. Sleep was impossible. Please go ahead and try yourself. My room was 301. Have somebody walk and move in the room above and try to sleep…. Since this was a duty trip and sleep was necessary, a different hotel was booked in the very same night. Even if the location is great, and the room is looking nice if sleep is impossible, this hotel is not suitable. For that reason, the hotel price for a sleepless night is absolutely too high. But as said before try again yourself and hopefully you will come to the point and fix the problem. Kind regards, Sleepless in Madrid

Toda la semana tuvimos en el apartamento de encima unos viajeros molestos y ruidosos, llegaban a poner hasta 3 lavadoras al día y también arrastraban la cama y el mobiliario a pesar de las llamadas de atención del personal del apartamento seguían haciendo lo que querían e incluso intententaron amedrentar a Micaela una de las recepcionistas super atenta Muy bien el personal. Desgracia de topar con esteste tipo de viajeros incívicos, por lo demás muy bien y muy a gusto.

Great hotel close to everything you'd want to visit. Location is perfect for visiting the Royal Palace, Retiro Park, Cathedral de Almudena. We arrived around 10am and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Staff is very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations of restaurants and things to do. We had a double twin room with a view of the Palace. We had a full kitchen and dining table, so we made breakfast every morning. Very spacious and clean. We will stay here again if in the area and recommend it to friends and family.

Recomiendo quitar de la página que el desayuno está incluido. Cuando vas con la idea de poder desayunar justo abajo en el Café de Oriente y que te informen que eso no está incluido, deja una sensación fea. Por todo lo demás de 10, especialmente la atención de Leo.

El personal muy disponible. La habitación amplia y caldeada, las vistas preciosas y especialmente bien situado para disfrutar paseando por Madrid. También es cierto que hemos agradecido el toque de queda porque la plaza de Oriente lógicamente es ruidosa... En mi opinión el único "pero" es el precio o la falta de detalles que, junto a los metros de la habitación y el enclave, lo justifiquen.

Les felicitamos por el alojamiento, las instalaciones (aunque la ducha fallaba) y la relación calidad precio. Pero queremos decirles el problema que padecimos, nos hospedabamos en la habitación 202, y en la 203 había un grupo de al menos 6 personas montando una fiesta la noche del sabado al domingo, con musica, ruidos, gritos... al menos hasta las 2 de la mañana cuando tuvo que intervenir la policia. Por tanto, el alojamiento genial, pero el control de las personas que se hospedan allí y el descanso de los demás muy mal.

El trato fue muy bueno por parte de todos los empleados, el check in y el check out fueron facilísimos. Y en general disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Hubo algun problemilla con la calefaccion porque el huesped anterior lo había quitado de la caldera, pero al segundo día vinieron a arreglarlo.

Tal y como le expliqué a sus compañeros, la información que ustedes ofrecen es engañosa respecto al desayuno. Al contratar la habitación por 99 euros dimos por hecho que teníamos el desayuno incluido como informan en su web. Si por motivo del Covid ahora no ofrecen desayuno debieron informar expresamente de tal circunstancia porque pagamos la tarifa dando por hecho que incluía el desayuno en el café De Oriente, cosa que no fue así. Si sabemos que no se incluye el desayuno quizá no hubiéramos pagado 99 euros por la habitación, que hoy ya ofrecen a 35 euros en su web.

Es increíble, y me imagino que ilegal que reserve en unos apartamentos preciosos y me metan en un hostal que nada tiene que ver con los apartamentos que reserve. Magnífica situación frente al palacio real. Puedes poner la mesa junto a la ventana y trabajar con el agradable murmullo de fondo. Zona peatonal con preciosos atardeceres.

Me alojé en el 401. La cocina necesita una actualización y hay demasiados muebles poco funcionales en la estancia principal. Muchos armarios con buenas perchas. La cocina dispone de café, té, aceite, vinagre y sal. La atención del personal (Mihaela) es inmejorable. Ubicación perfecta.

The location is great near the palace and opera house. However, the room I booked was supposed to be a double inside room, but the one we were given had a loft upstairs with the bed and low beams which my husband was afraid he would hit his head. When I booked the room, I did not think an inside studio had stairs with beams and loft. You should make it clear on your website the type of room this is. It was misleading but the room itself was nice if you were very short.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Oriente Palace Apartments, it was quite a good spot for our base to explore Madrid, the area was really nice opposite the Royal Palace.
